Dinner Hours
Thursday – 4 pm – 9 pm (Dinner for hotel guests and members only)
Friday & Saturday – 4 pm-10 pm (Dinner for hotel guests and members only)
Sunday -4 PM – 9 pm (Sunday open to the public, hotel guests, and members)
The Buffalo Bar has the same hours as the Summit Restaurant.
